Yöt, a production 4 piece from the wilderness of Finland, has now responded to the call from Sweden of Daniel Savio’s “Nekropolis” in this little east vs. west rivalry losonofono is cooking up with an EP, which will surely slide the scale back towards Finland in Skweee-Supremacy. This is the second Yöt release, with the first being the aptly titled “1” on Harmonia, which was falsely stated to have been acclaimed by Ryuichi Sakamoto as the “Best track of 2009” by a certain unnamed sources.
Filled with wall to wall bounce, with elements of the pacing and rhythm of Boogie disco fused with the free form leads of Skweee, we once again have some of the more unusually concocted midtempo dance music ever heard in the Skweeediverse.
